In September 1999, an agreement was signed with CBIZ Century Small Services Solutions Inc, which granted us the exclusive exploitation rights of the franchise for the entire territory of the Dominican Republic.
At that time, CBIZ was the leading provider of services under the outsourced business services modality for small and medium sized businesses in the United States. A network of more than 850 offices, more than 5,000 employees providing services to more than 110 thousand clients.
Ranked that year by “Accounting Today” magazine as the seventh largest accounting firm in the United States, CBIZ was also the seventh largest in financial valuation services.
With the signing of this agreement, the IBS small business platform is born.
In 2001, the asset management platform specialized in the real estate sector was born.
Since its inception, this unit has developed and managed private real estate investment companies in the Dominican Republic.
Pioneers in the professional management of this type of companies, we have participated in the development of large real estate projects and promoted the development of the stock market in the Dominican Republic.
At the end of 2001, the French firm FIDUCIAL Inc. acquired the operations of CBIZ Century Small Services Solutions Inc. in the United States, becoming the franchisor of the IBS SME Platform.
The transition was implemented in the Dominican Republic during 2002. From 2002 to December 2024, IBS operates as FIDUCIAL's franchisor in the Dominican Republic.

This specialized team has participated in the development and management of leading private equity funds in the Central American and Caribbean region in the industry.
As part of a process of expansion and diversification of the firm, the European platform was born in early 2018.
